Terms of service
Draft for review. This page hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet and will be updated before TradiQuo launches commercially.
The service
TradiQuo provides software for estimating, quoting and invoicing. You are the provider of the trade services described in your quotes and invoices, and you're responsible for their content, prices and compliance with the laws and licensing rules that apply to your trade and state.
AI suggestions
AI-drafted lines and assumptions are suggestions. You must review and confirm them before sending a quote. TradiQuo does not guarantee that a suggestion is complete or accurate.
Compliance fields
Licence numbers, certificate references and similar fields are recorded as you enter them. TradiQuo doesn't verify them, and including them doesn't make a document compliant.
Trials and subscriptions
Trials last 14 days. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep creating quotes. Plans renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from Billing.
Your data
You own your data. You give us permission to process it to provide the service. You can export or delete it as described in our privacy policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use TradiQuo for unlawful purposes, to send spam, or to try to access other businesses' data.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
